The handmade and small-batch nature of our products means that immense time and dedication goes into finishing every piece. With that in mind, if there is an item that you would like to have made to order as a sizing request, please reach out!

    Depending on the materials available (especially for some of our upcycled items), there may be some alterations to your finished piece (as each piece is unique) but we are happy to make something magical for you!

  • Vixen, Maven, and Muse are committed to sustainability in the fabrication of products. Although not all materials used may be 100% renewable (such as acrylic, modacrylic, etc.), alternative strategies are employed to uphold our environmental responsibilities. These strategies include seeking blended or recycled materials, utilizing renewable and biodegradable resources like wool, silk, and cotton whenever possible, and prioritizing the repurposing of deadstock or vintage fabrics. We also engage in direct communication with raw material suppliers to ensure alignment with our brand values, validate environmentally and socially sustainable practices within their supply chain, and produce in made-to-order and small batches. Together, these measures reflect our determination as a small business to make the world a better place for people and the environment.

  • After your order is placed, your email confirmation will include an estimated production time. For items not in stock, production times typically range from 1 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the product and order. For details on the turnaround time of your order please reach out to us via the Contact page with your Name, Email, and Order Number. Please keep this in mind when placing your order!

    Lost / Stolen / Damaged / Delayed Packages: Shipping providers are responsible for packages once they leave our possession. All packages are insured against loss, theft, damage, and delays.

    Contact Shipping Providers: If issues arise with lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages during shipping, contact the respective shipping provider (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) for resolution.

    Delayed Packages: Postal delays can occur. Allow time for delivery. If the tracking number doesn't indicate 'Delivered' and the package is in transit for 10+ business days, contact us through the 'Contact' form.

    Tracking Number Shows 'Delivered' but Package Not Received: Contact the shipping provider listed in your shipping confirmation email. If needed, access the provider's website for local facility contact information.

    Next Steps: Shipping providers can pinpoint GPS locations of delivered packages. If a package is believed to be stolen, contact local authorities. Alert the local shipping provider to halt deliveries while resolving the issue.

    Missing Package Claims: Before filing claims, directly contact the local shipping provider. This step ensures compliance with procedures and prevents fraudulent claims.

    Lost, Stolen, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
